These are the newest addition to the top-selling Belcon Mini & Jabucon conveyor series. Significant improvements specific for use in the food processing industry have been made. Improvements were also made towards:

1.	BELCON MINI 3
	a.	EASY MAINTENANCE
		Chains & belt tension can be monitored through the transparent motor cover to assist in troubleshooting. Chain lubrication can be performed easily & safely without removal of the cover, significantly reducing maintenance time & cost.
	b.	BELT FOR ALL REQUIREMENTS
		The belt utilized for the Belcon Mini 3 is suitable for all requirements & every possible usage. Its comprehensive features include anti-mold, stronger belt edge, compliance to food industry standards, among others.
	c.	ECO-FRIENDLY
		The variable speed version of the Belcon Mini 3 features a brushless motor that reduces energy consumption by 25%. All parts utilized are certified by RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) to be environmentally-friendly. 	d.	COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY FEATURES
		The rotating part of the end pulley is housed within the belting to prevent fingers & other objects from being caught.
	e.	OPTIMIZED BELT TRACKING
		The underside of the belt features an improved cleat to optimize belt tracking. This considerably reduces maintenance frequency & downtime.

2.	JABUCON 2
	a.	EASY MAINTENANCE
		The belt can be loosened by the belt loosening device without the use of any tools.
	b.	BELT OPTIMIZED FOR USAGE IN FOOD PROCESSING

Its features include anti-bacterial, anti-mold, anti-heat, low noise, anti-contraction, anti-warp, anti-static, among others. Configurations to cater for easy detection of foreign substances are available as an option.
	c.	WASHABLE

	d.	LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION
		The conveyor frame is embossed to reduce friction between the belt & frame, resulting in lower energy consumption.
	e.	FOOD INSPECTION
		The state-of-the-art Jabucon 2 Food Inspection Conveyor emits light (approx. 1,000 lux on the belt surface) from under the conveyor belt to facilitate detection & removal of foreign objects.
